What makes a rhythm different?

Programs have an end. Rhythms become who you are. The 3-Day Fitness Rhythm isn't about completing something — it's about building a pattern of movement, mindset, and community that outlasts the 90 days. By week 13, you won't need to be motivated anymore. You'll just show up. Because it's who you are now.
